Each apartment is two floors with bedrooms and bath on the second floor. Washer and dryer hookups are available. All have front and rear entrances.

All duplexes have nice yards and outside storage sheds. Tenants are responsible for lawn mowing, but snowplowing is included in the rent. Most pets are allowed with an extra security deposit.

Residents pay 30% of adjusted gross income which includes garbage pickup and all utilities, except telephone and cable TV.
