1. Obtain an application by downloading from this site or contacting the office.

2. Complete and sign application.

3. Mail or fax application to the housing office.

4. If applicant is deemed eligible, the applicant's name will be placed on the appropriate waiting list in the order it was received. Placement on the waiting list does not indicate that the family is, in fact, eligible for assistance. A final determination will be made when the familly is selected from the waiting list.

5. If the applicant is found to be ineligible, a letter of explanation will be mailed within one week.

6. Individuals or families on the waiting list are responsible for keeping us informed of changes in address, phone number, etc. while on the waiting list.
